This place needs karma-level titles other than 4n0n l0053r. Even our leading G4lluz d0m3z7icuz doesn't have one. Ideas?

To keep things a little happier (for us, at least) we only allow people with Karma > -1 to start discussions.

The "we" comes from that message which we see when we try to start a discussion ("we" meaning "those of us with negative karma").

Due to my current karma of "-1", i have been unable to start a discussion here for months. I am also ineligible for meta-moderation duties.

It's possible that the "2+ karma" requirement for starting discussions is untrue, since you claim to have fewer than two points. I suspect that the actual requirement is "zero or higher".
